Soto Banjar
Soto Banjar is a typical food of the Banjar Tribe from South Kalimantan. Soto Banjar included in the list one of most famous culinary in Indonesia, which is unique both in terms of presentation and taste.
The combination of spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves which has a fragrant aroma and main ingredients consist of chicken (ayam kampung) and diamond shaped rice cakes in pieces.
In addition to Soto Banjar there is also Banjar Soup, where the difference is in its presentation, if soto served with diamond shaped rice cakes then the soup uses cooked rice.
Soto Banjar is very easy to find both in Banjarmasin City, Banjar Baru City and other districts in South Kalimantan Province, even outside of South Kalimantan Province.
