Apam
Apam Barabai is a typical cake that comes from the City of Barabai. The city of Barabai is the capital of Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency, South Kalimantan Province. Apam Barabai is a wet cake made from rice flour, coconut milk, brown/white sugar and cassava.
These foods are round and thin, brownish red or white in color, and have a very soft texture, making them delicious on the tongue.
