South Kalimantan Cinnamon is a type of C. Burmanii plant with superior quality, second only to Sumatra.

One of the cinnamon producing areas in South Kalimantan is Loksado and Padang Batung in the Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency located along the ridge of the Meratus Mountains.

Activities undertaken include the production, drying of cinnamon bark, and distribution of cinnamon bark products both in the form of rolls (raw) and processed syrup.
