Tropical Rain Forest Park

The Tropical Rain Forest Park is in Palam SubDistrict, Cempaka District, Banjarbaru City. It is 6 km away from Banjarbaru City, which is in the Office Area of South Kalimantan Province It was inaugurated in 2019 and used to be called Tropical Rainforest Miniature, then in 2020 it changed to Indonesian Tropical Rainforest Park when it was inaugurated by the President of Indonesia. It was South Kalimantan government idea to establish tree conservation area uniquely from South Kalimantan (ironwood and timber tree), so it won’t be needed to go to forest and can be visited in the South Kalimantan Province Office area. This location is the beginning of the journey of the South Route “A Glitering Travel from the Tropical Forest to the Diamond”.
