The Traditional Purun Handicrafts is in Palam Sub-District, Cempaka District, Banjarbaru City. It is 7 km away from the Tropical Rain Forest Park by motorcycle or car. This lowland about 10 meters above sea level is very suitable for purun plant habitat, because it composed of sandstone, gravel, silt, clay and mud lithology, which is part of the Alluvium Group derived from ancient Martapura River sediments. In this place, besides being able to buy purun-based products such as mats, bags, hats, wallets, sandals, pot covers, etc., they can also see and learn the traditional manufacturing process.
