Dutch Historical Guesthouse is in Mandiangin Village, Aranio District, Banjar Regency. It is 25 meters away from the Snake Skin Stone (Serpentinite) by on foot. It is at an altitude of about 400-600 meters above sea level and composed of Serpentinite Rocks aged 180-152 million years ago (Middle Jurassic). It was inaugurated on 26 February 1939 by Gouverneur van Borneo Dr. Bauke Jan (BJ.) Haga. It was intended as a resting place for the Dutch Ambtenaar (official), the architect who built this location was AW. Rynders that in 1939 was listed as an architect in the Zuid en Oost area of Borneo. This guest house has not been used after the Japanese took control of Kalimantan since 1943, fortunately it has been renovated, and known as a tourist spot, family gatherings and overnight stays, with adequate facilities.
