This area is composed of alluvial deposits such as sandstone, gravel, silt, clay, mud, as well as diamond and gold carriers, which are part of the Alluvium Group originating from the Ancient Martapura River sediments, where the process of the earth (geology) was influenced by Meratus Mountains lifting 5-1 million years ago (Plio-Plistocene). Soekarno, and then in 1998 a diamond weighing up to 200 carats named Putri Malu.
